to hopeful.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve blown it. The circumstances of my life overwhelmed me, and I felt so distant from God. The only option I thought I found was to take my own life. In desperation, God stepped into my darkness and showed He was for me.


From that moment forward, my entire life changed. I stopped hiding from God and ran to Him with my doubts and questions.

Once He rescued me, I couldn’t stop talking about what He did for me. It’s my deepest calling to share with people everywhere this one truth: Hope is for you!

God has not forgotten you.

We are transformed when we understand God’s Word and spend time in His Word daily. Our purpose on this earth is to know God. We’re not called to be casual Christians. We’re called to be fierce.

Your future is secure when you find your freedom in Him.

Meet Jennifer Creswell

After being rescued by Jesus from brokenness and confusion, Jennifer is determined to spend the rest of her life proclaiming the freedom found in Christ and the transforming power of the Word.  She is passionate about reaching the next generation and recently served Director of Spiritual Life and High School Bible teacher for Griffin Christian Schools for many years.  

Jennifer currently serves as part of the Preaching and Teaching team at Griffin First Assembly. Jennifer and her husband, Scott, have served at Griffin First for more than 25 years. She spends her free time laughing and loving with Scott and their two adult sons, Chandler and Cheney.  The product of missionary parents, her spiritual roots run deep, as well as her fluency in Spanish, love for spicy food, and outstanding appreciation for hot water. 

Jennifer speaks to multicultural, multi-generational audiences, large and small, in both English and Spanish.
